Duties

• Support residents or clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance

• Maintain clear communication with team members, clients, and families to ensure consistent care delivery

• Use IT systems to document care activities accurately and update records regularly

• Drive company vehicles when necessary to support home care visits or transportation needs

• Monitor health conditions and report any changes or concerns promptly to senior staff

Requirements

• Valid driving license and ability to drive safely for home visits or transportation duties

• Experience working in a care home or providing home care services is preferred but not essential; training will be provided

• Ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English for effective documentation and interaction

• Basic IT skills for maintaining accurate electronic records of care activities

• Excellent communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients and team members

• Knowledge of developing or following care plans to deliver personalized support effectively
