As part of the team, you'll play a key role in delivering reliable, high-quality automation that keeps our clients' operations running smoothly.Roles and ResponsibilitiesIdentify and design business processes suitable for automationBuild, test, and monitor automated workflows to ensure business processes run at optimum efficiency with minimal risk of errorMonitor and maintain automation post-implementation, resolving issues promptly to ensure uninterrupted business operationsProduce clear process documentation outlining successes and areas for improvement, helping refine processes over timeApply Quality Assurance (QA) best practices to ensure high-quality automation and prevent bugs before they reach productionSkills We're Looking ForStrong problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationSharp attention to detailMastery of automation tools such as Blue Prism, UI Automation, or UiPathProficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, Java, Python, or .NETBasic knowledge of Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI)Experience working with databases, including SQL and NoSQLThis is an initial 6 month contract.
