Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the senior kitchen team with the day-to-day running of the kitchen
• Leading kitchen operations in the absence of senior chefs
• Ensuring consistently high standards of food quality, presentation and service
• Assisting with menu development and maintaining recipes and standards
• Supporting with food costing, ordering and stock management
• Training, mentoring and developing junior members of the kitchen team
• Ensuring the kitchen maintains excellent standards of food safety, hygiene and organisation
• Helping to maintain a positive, professional and efficient kitchen environment

We are looking for a Sous Chef with:

• Proven Sous Chef experience within a high-quality restaurant environment
• Experience within Michelin, 3 AA Rosette or an equivalent high-end kitchen would be highly desirable
• A genuine passion for quality food and exceptional standards
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• The ability to lead and motivate a kitchen team
• A hands-on approach and the ability to perform under pressure
• A desire to continue developing professionally within a high-end London restaurant
