The Opportunity

An established regional law firm is seeking a Private Client Lawyer (1-3 years PQE) to join its friendly and growing Private Client team. You will manage a varied caseload of private client matters while building long-term relationships with a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a broad range of private client matters, including:
  • Wills and estate planning
  • Probate and estate administration
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
  • Court of Protection matters
  • Trust creation and administration
  • Inheritance Tax and succession planning
• Providing practical, client-focused legal advice.
• Managing matters from instruction through to completion with a high level of autonomy.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Supporting business development and networking initiatives.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider firm.

About you

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 1-3 years' PQE in Private Client law.
• Experience handling wills, probate, and LPAs.
• Strong client care and communication skills.
• Able to manage a caseload independently.
• STEP qualification or interest in obtaining it is desirable.
