As a Marketing Coordinator, you will benefit from: Full training on Klaviyo and the systems you'll use day to day Clear direction from a supportive Head of Sales and Ecommerce, who sets the strategy and gives final approval A well-defined role with structured processes and consistent expectations The chance to build real expertise across print, email, social media, website and exhibition marketing A collaborative, respectful working culture within an established business As a Marketing Coordinator, your responsibilities will include: Coordinating monthly deal campaigns, catalogues and new-product flyers, and supplying the design team with approved product information, prices and images Proofreading artwork against the brief and managing corrections and version control until everything is accurate Building, checking and scheduling approved email campaigns in Klaviyo, and keeping customer mailing lists accurate Scheduling approved posts across LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram in line with the content calendar Updating website product prices, images and descriptions, and checking everything displays correctly Organising exhibition requirements, including stand artwork, literature, exhibitor forms, printing and deliveries As a Marketing Coordinator, your experience will include: Previous experience in marketing coordination or marketing administration, ideally within ecommerce or a product-led business Excellent attention to detail when checking prices, product codes, descriptions, images and links Confidence using Adobe Acrobat, Canva and Microsoft 365, with familiarity with InDesign or Illustrator a bonus Experience with Klaviyo or another email marketing platform (helpful, as training is provided) Clear, confident communication when following up with colleagues, designers, printers and suppliers If you're looking for a settled, well-organised role where your eye for detail keeps every campaign running smoothly, this Marketing Coordinator position could be your ideal next step.
