Freelance CRM / Klaviyo Executive

£300 per day | 1–2 days per week | Immediate start | UK-based

We’re supporting a growing DTC brand in the sports nutrition space with an immediate need for a freelance CRM / Email Marketing specialist. With Black Friday approaching, the team needs someone who can take ownership of campaign execution and free up internal capacity.

The overarching CRM strategy, campaign objectives and timing are managed internally. You’ll take a brief covering the products, proposition and goal, then deliver the email campaign from copy through to scheduling.

What you’ll be doing

• Writing clear, engaging email copy that fits the brand and campaign objective
• Briefing the in-house designer and reviewing creative assets
• Building campaigns in Klaviyo
• Setting up audience segments
• Checking copy, links, design, segmentation and setup before send
• Scheduling campaigns and keeping delivery on track

What we’re looking for

• Hands-on CRM or email marketing experience within a DTC/ecommerce brand
• Strong Klaviyo skills and confidence building and scheduling campaigns independently
• Excellent copywriting and a good understanding of email best practice
• Sound brand judgement and the ability to give useful creative feedback
• Someone comfortable owning the detail and moving quickly from brief to delivery

You won’t need to create the designs yourself, and this is an execution-focused role rather than a senior strategy consultancy brief.

The commitment is a maximum of 1–2 days per week and may settle at one day per week once a workflow is established. Hybrid working is preferred, though remote working is possible for the right UK-based freelancer. Office arrangements are still to be confirmed.
