(Grade C, Point 3 - 4) £24,027 - £24,404 per annum pro-rata

Actual Salary - £3,370.32 - £3,423.20 per annum

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, organised and hardworking Breakfast Club Assistant to join our friendly Breakfast Club team, with the skills to work across the whole primary school age range. The successful candidate will be employed by the Trust as a whole, but the current vacancy is based at Ad Astra Infant School.

The successful candidate will support the school’s breakfast club in providing pupils with a safe, hygienic and educational environment in which to have breakfast and prepare for the school day. You will assist with the planning of menus and the purchasing of food and organising activities with children, ensuring their safety and physical, emotional and educational development at all times.

Have experience of working with 4 - 11 year olds and their families and a suitable childcare qualification

Have understanding and commitment to good quality childcare

Are cheerful, flexible and approachable

Have energy and enthusiasm and use your own initiative

Have excellent communication and administration skills
