We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and professional Administrator to join our team at The Bramble Academy.

As the first point of contact for visitors, parents, pupils and other stakeholders, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming, efficient and professional front-of-house experience. You will work as part of the school office team, providing high-quality administrative support and helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the academy.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, personable and capable of managing a varied workload in a busy school environment. Strong communication skills, attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality are essential.

Is confident using Microsoft Office and school MIS systems (experience of Arbor would be advantageous).

• Has a professional, friendly and approachable manner.
• Can communicate effectively with a wide range of people.
• Understands the importance of confidentiality and data protection.
• Is able to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure.
• Has excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
