Customer Service

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a busy and growing team based in Wythenshawe. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous customer service, contact centre, administration, or helpdesk experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling inbound customer calls and emails.
• Responding to customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
• Logging and updating requests on internal systems.
• Providing customers with updates and information.
• Liaising with internal teams to ensure queries are resolved efficiently.
• Maintaining accurate records and customer information.
• Delivering excellent customer service at all times.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in customer service, contact centre, helpdesk, or administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good IT skills and confidence using computer systems.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a busy environment.
• Positive, proactive, and customer-focused approach.
