Teaching Assistant

This friendly Warwick school is seeking a committed Teaching Assistant to join them full time. Her recent experience supporting children with SEND allows her to create calm routines, guide pupils through structured tasks and maintain a positive, consistent learning environment. Throughout each day, she works closely with teachers to adapt activities, reinforce key skills and build confidence through steady, supportive guidance. Ideally, she can drive for easy access to the school, though this is not essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Classroom support that strengthens engagement and learning
• SEND guidance delivered through calm, structured routines
• Small‑group activities that reinforce key skills
• 1:1 support for pupils needing additional help
• Positive behaviour approaches using warm, consistent communication
• Close teamwork with teachers and support staff

What We’re Looking For

• Ideally qualified: L2/L3 TA
• Strong SEND experience
• Calm, organised and supportive approach
• Confidence adapting tasks for varied needs
• Full‑time availability
• Driving preferred but not essential
• Interest in Warwick‑based roles
