Supply Chain Coordinator

Perth and Kinross, UK NT Engineering & Manufacturing Supply Chain Coordinator 📍 Perthshire (hybrid once trained) 🕒 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday NT Engineering & Manufacturing is working with a well-known Scottish manufacturer that supplies all the major UK retailers. They're looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join their Supply Chain team.  Experience in FMCG or supply chain would be great, but it isn't the only route in. If you've worked in logistics, freight, planning, order management or customer service in a manufacturing or retail setting, and you're comfortable with numbers, it's worth talking to me. This role is all about the customer. You'll look after the supply chain for key retail accounts, look ahead at demand and stock, and make sure the customer gets what they need when they need it. You'll work closely with Sales, Planning and the Logistics team, and each account has a dedicated buddy on each side, so you're never working alone. What you'll be doing Looking after the day to day supply chain relationship for key customer accounts, including regular calls and review meetings Monitoring orders, stock and demand to hit a 98.5% On Time In Full target Using EPOS, forecast and stock data to spot issues before they affect service Keeping customer forecasts up to date and feeding into the monthly S&OP cycle Working with Supply Planning on production gaps and coordinating stock into external warehouses Supporting new product launches with customers Pulling together service reporting and following through on corrective actions What they're looking for: Solid Excel skills and confidence learning new systems (ERP or WMS experience is a bonus) Strong communication skills and the confidence to build relationships with customers and colleagues To be organised, proactive and able to keep calm when it's busy A positive attitude and a real willingness to learn What's on offer 34 days' holiday Pension starting at 5% employer contribution, rising to 10% Life assurance, an Employee Assistance Programme and company sick pay after six months Full on-site training, then hybrid working A 37.5 hour week on a rota of 8 to 4 or 9 to 5 You'll be on site full time while you train, so you'll need to be able to commute to Perthshire reliably.
