Oxford, UK Shorterm Group ️ CNC HYPERMILL PROGRAMMER - OXFORDSHIRE Shorterm Group are currently recruiting for an experienced CNC HyperMill Programmer to join an established motorsport/high-performance engineering client based in Oxfordshire. We have Day Shift and Weekend Shift opportunities available, offering rates of approximately £40-£45 per hour Umbrella. 🔧 The Role * CNC programming using HyperMill * Programming complex components for the motorsport and high-performance engineering sector * Working from engineering drawings and 3D CAD models * Optimising machining strategies, tooling and cycle times * Supporting production and resolving programming/manufacturing issues * Working closely with CNC machinists and engineering teams 👨‍💻 The Candidate * Proven experience as a CNC Programmer * Strong HyperMill programming experience - essential * Experience within motorsport, aerospace, automotive or high-performance engineering desirable * Ability to work independently and meet demanding production schedules * Strong understanding of CNC machining processes and tooling 📍 Location: Oxfordshire ☀️ Shifts: Day Shift & Weekend Shift available 💰 Rate: £40-£45 per hour Umbrella 🏎️ Industry: Motorsport / High-Performance Engineering If you're an experienced HyperMill Programmer looking for your next contract opportunity, please send you CV in to (url removed)
