ARC Room Controller

Brook Street is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a leading global security services provider for Customer Service Operators to join their busy Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) in East Belfast.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Operator, you'll be the first point of contact for customers requiring assistance and support. Working in a fast-paced control room environment, you'll respond to alarms, handle customer enquiries, coordinate appropriate responses, and ensure all situations are dealt with efficiently, professionally, and accurately.

This is a rewarding role where no two days are the same, and where your communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to remain calm under pressure will make a real difference.

Previous customer service, call centre, retail, hospitality, administration, or contact centre experience would be advantageous, but full training will be provided.

Shift Pattern

This position operates on a rotating 12-hour shift pattern, and applicants must be willing to work both days and nights.

Shift Times:

• Day Shift: 7:00am - 7:00pm
• Night Shift: 7:00pm - 7:00am

The rota works over a two-week cycle:

• Week 1: 36 hours
• Week 2: 42 hours

Average working week: 42 hours
