Our Client (a reputed Government organisation) is hiring a Team Leader to manage a busy administration centre for pre and post court activity, act as a senior on-site presence when required, and provide first-line leadership that makes a real difference to customers and colleagues every day.
What you'll be doing:
* Lead and support a team to deliver high quality court services and excellent customer service
* Manage workloads, allocate resources, and help ensure business priorities are met
* Monitor performance, track service targets, and take action when things need improving
* Coach, develop and motivate staff to maximise performance and wellbeing
* Handle attendance, conduct and performance matters in line with relevant policies
* Build and maintain effective relationships with judiciary, court users and partner agencies
* Act as first point of escalation for operational and customer service issues
* Support operational change and continuous improvement initiatives
* Ensure compliance with procedures, health and safety, and information security requirements
* Contribute to the efficient day-to-day running of Osprey House
