The Role
An established organisation is seeking a professional and organised Business Services Administrator to provide high-quality administrative support within a busy office environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of business support services while delivering excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to operational teams.
- Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute documentation.
- Produce correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office applications.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
- Respond to telephone, email, and face-to-face enquiries in a professional manner.
- Coordinate communication between departments and external partners.
- Process purchase orders, invoices, bookings, and other administrative transactions.
- Ensure documentation is maintained in line with organisational procedures and compliance requirements.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and management information.

Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative or business support role.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
