Lyst is a global fashion shopping platform founded in London in 2010 and catering to over 160M shoppers per year. We offer our customers the largest assortment of premium and luxury fashion products in one place, curating pieces from 27,000 of the world's leading brands and stores. In 2025, Lyst joined Zozo, operators of Zozotown, the leading fashion e-commerce platform in Japan. This partnership marks a bold new era for Lyst, as we accelerate our vision and work together to transform the future of fashion shopping through AI and technology. At Lyst, we obsess over the customer, providing a search and discovery experience which offers inspiration, fulfilment, and personalisation. We believe that fashion is amazing but shopping for fashion often isn't, and we use our technology, data and creativity to bring more joy, greater choice and fewer fails. Our mission is to help fashion shoppers make better decisions and help fashion partners find better audiences as the category-leading destination for every fashion shopper. The Role We're looking for someone tohunt for and press home commercial growth opportunities across the partner portfolio. Using numbers as ammunition to find where growth is possible and to build the commercial case for it (not to produce insight or reporting requested by partners). You will support efforts to identify growth opportunities, quantify their value, and build the commercial arguments needed to move risk-averse partners to action. This is a developmental role: it is designed to build a strong commercial, numbers-driven skill set, someone who can go from a data point to a growth scenario to present to a partner in the room. Key Responsibilities Growth Identification & Commercial Pursuit Own the growth pipeline; creating the prioritized opportunities, rigorous tracking of the growth pipeline, ensuring opportunities are followed through to a commercial outcome. Mine performance data to identify specific, prioritised growth and acquisition opportunities across the portfolio Quantify the commercial case for each opportunity (revenue upside, ROI, risk-adjusted scenarios) to support direct, sometimes difficult, conversations with risk-averse partners Owning the pitch, follow up and closing of opportunities with the partner directly. Collaborating with the relevant teams when needed. (Paid, Account Managers, Leadership team). Participate actively in team planning discussions, bringing a numbers-first, opportunity-focused perspective. Contribute the numerical evidence base to the Right to Play working group, helping the team prioritise where to apply commercial pressure next. Escalate blockers or ambiguity in prioritisation between account management and opportunity closing. Collaborating with the account managers and the Right to Play team rather than resolving silently. Requirements Strong numerical and analytical skills as a core strength. Confident interpreting data and, critically, using it to identify where the commercial opportunity is, and how to close. A commercially assertive mindset, comfortable building a case and pushing it into a sometimes-difficult partner conversation. Comfortable working in spreadsheets and self-serve reporting tools (including Omni once live) at an advanced level. Clear, concise commercial communication, able to state the number, the ask, and the argument. Genuine appetite for sales-style pursuit: chasing opportunities to a conclusion. Prior experience in partnerships, sales, or a commercial analyst function. Numerical rigour and commercial drive matter more than specific background. Success Looks Like: A clear, prioritised, and continually refreshed list of growth opportunities, each with a quantified commercial case behind it. Commercial proposals developed with this role are increasingly adopted, in live partner conversations and measurably move partners who were previously resistant. Within 12 months, demonstrable growth in commercial pipeline ownership.
