About the role
To carry out a full range of duties to provide for high standards of cleanliness and general security and maintenance of school premises.
To include handy person activities and cleaning duties.
• Designated key holder.
• Responsible for locking and unlocking premises.
• Setting security alarm systems as required.
• Responding to security alarm or other call outs.
• Regular legal, health & safety checks.
• Identify and report any deficiencies external or internal.
• Monitor & report fuel, electricity, water and taking readings.
• Monitor stock (cleaning materials).
• Arranging collection of waste.
