Warehouse Operative / Picker & Packer Aylesford 💷 £26,436 per annum + Overtime available 🕗 Monday to Friday | 8am - 5pm 🏢 Full-Time | Permanent Are you hardworking, reliable, and looking to build a long-term career with a growing family-run business? We are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy and friendly warehouse team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong work ethics, good numerical skills, and a positive attitude who enjoys working in a fast-paced hands on environment. Working within a small, supportive team, you'll play a key role in ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and dispatched on time. Key Responsibilities • Picking and packing customer orders accurately • Labelling and preparing goods for dispatch • Loading and unloading deliveries safely • Carrying out stock checks and maintaining inventory accuracy • Performing quality control checks before shipment • Keeping the warehouse organised, clean, and safe • Supporting goods-in and goods-out operations • Working efficiently to meet daily targets in a busy warehouse environment What We're Looking For • Previous warehouse, picking, or packing experience preferred • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail • A reliable and hardworking attitude • Ability to work effectively as part of a small team • Good organisational skills and a proactive approach • Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties • Forklift experience would be advantageous but not essential What's On Offer • Salary of £26,436 per annum • Stable Monday to Friday working hours • Friendly and supportive family-owned business • Opportunity for progression and development • Recognition and reward for strong performance and commitment If you are motivated, dependable, and looking for a company that values hard work and team spirit, we would love to hear from you.
