MIG/TIG Welder

We are looking for an experienced MIG and TIG Welder to join our welding team. This role involves production welding and fabrication of workshop items, including:

• Welding shop fitting products
• Production welding and jig work (repeatable, accurate builds)
• Perform MIG and TIG welding to required standards
• Carry out production welding on repeat jobs
• Complete jig work with attention to accuracy and consistency
• Fabricate and assemble items such as shelving units, tables and shop fittings
• Follow welding procedures, safety rules and workshop best practice
• Maintain a clean and organised work area and report any issues to the supervisor

THE CANDIDATE:

• Proven experience as a MIG and TIG welder
• Ability to read basic drawings/specs (where applicable)
• Comfortable working in a production environment and completing repeat work to standard
• Strong workmanship and attention to detail

Rate of pay: Negotiable (ROP) depending on experience.
