As a Project Control/ Project Management (PC/PM) Graduate, you will work within the TKMS ATLAS UK Project Management Office (PMO), providing Project Control support to the Divisional and Project Management communities.

You will be offered a permanent role from day one and step onto a 2-year Graduate Scheme to develop your skills and hands on application of theory through rotation within the PC/ PM teams.

What we are looking for in you:

• IT Literate and knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• On course for a degree in a STEM related subject
• An interest in project management
• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Able to work as part of a team
• Good attention to detail
• Flexible and adaptable to meet project/business deadlines
• Reliable and conscientious
• Willing to learn, confident to ask questions if unsure

Primary Responsibilities

• Support project planning, scheduling and tracking progress against milestones
• Maintain project documentation, reports, dashboards, and governance records
• Monitor and manage risks, issues, actions and change requests
• Coordinate communication, meetings, and stakeholder engagement activities
• Assist with resource coordination, performance monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives

The successfully candidate will learn the fundamentals of project delivery and support more senior staff with secondments to Finance, Supply Chain and Production Planning teams before a decision on which role is more appropriate is required.

The Project Controller role focuses more on “measuring and controlling” with stronger involvement in schedule, cost, forecasting, reporting, governance and analytics.

The Project Manager role focuses more on “coordinating and delivering” with stronger involvement in stakeholders, team coordination, communications and delivery management.
