Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Production Operatives to join a well-established manufacturer in Bridgwater. This role offers excellent pay rates and the chance to work within a supportive, fast-paced production team.

• Monitor production lines and maintain consistent product quality.

• Carry out checks and inspections throughout the manufacturing process.

• Ensure all products meet required quality standards.

• Identify and report any faults or inefficiencies.

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

• Work as part of a fast-paced production team.

• Good attention to detail and commitment to high standards.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive tasks.

• Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.

• Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm with two unpaid 30 min breaks.
