This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a commercially focused environment where contracts, client engagement, supplier management and business support are at the heart of the role. The position offers excellent exposure to commercial operations across a well-established engineering business, supporting projects across multiple sectors including energy, chemical, manufacturing and industrial markets.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will play a key role in managing commercial documentation, supporting contract administration, coordinating supplier and client onboarding, and assisting with tender and proposal activities.
Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting commercial onboarding and due diligence processes
• Maintaining contract registers and tracking contractual obligations
• Assisting with tender submissions, proposals and commercial documentation
• Supporting governance, compliance and risk management activities
• Liaising with internal teams to ensure commercial documentation is accurate and up to date
• Monitoring customer payment performance and highlighting potential commercial risks
• Providing general administrative support to the Finance Director and wider commercial team
What we're looking for:
• Previous experience within a commercial, contracts, business support or administration role
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
