About the role
Reporting into the Platform Service Delivery Lead the key responsibility of the role is to support, maintain and improve highly scalable and reliable cloud platform infrastructure services. You will be responsible for the day to day operations of the Cloud Platform and be accountable for its availability. Who you’ll be working with
Platform Services are responsible for ensuring that our cloud platforms are always available to meet the needs of our customers.
Continuous improvement is a key ethos of the team. The teams are organised into run and build squads. The run squad is responsible for day to day monitoring. and support. The Build squad looks for continuous improvement opportunities to enhance the services that we offer. Both squads’ work in a fully agile way and are rotated.
We pride ourselves on going to extra mile for a customers and being an integral part of Motability Operations cloud delivery team.
