General Teaching Assistant

The purpose of this post is to work with teachers to support teaching and learning by working with individuals or small groups of pupils under the direction of teaching staff, and may be responsible for some learning activities within the overall teaching plan with access to support and guidance as required.

We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic General Teaching Assistant to join our support staff team. The successful candidate will work closely with students and teachers to support learning, promote positive engagement and help students achieve their potential.

This is a temporary maternity cover position, which will cease upon the postholder's return.
