We are excited to offer an opportunity for an enthusiastic, creative and committed educator to join us as our Enhanced Pathway Lead and play a key role in establishing a brand-new Enhanced Learning Provision (ELP), launching in 2027. This is an exciting opportunity to join us at the very beginning of the ELP and help shape its vision, curriculum and provision. You will work closely with the Assistant Headteacher for Inclusion, senior leaders and colleagues across the school to develop a nurturing, ambitious and inclusive environment where pupils with complex needs can achieve and flourish.

The successful candidate may be a qualified teacher or an experienced practitioner with a strong background in leading learning for children with complex needs.

As part of the role, you will initially be based within our mainstream provision during the autumn term, covering PPA and supporting a Year 2 class. This will provide you with an opportunity to get to know our pupils, curriculum and inclusive ethos before taking up the ELP Lead role from early 2027.

• Has experience of supporting and/or leading learning for children with complex needs.
• Has a strong understanding of SEND and inclusive practice.
• Can develop creative, engaging and accessible learning opportunities.
• Has high expectations for every pupil and is committed to enabling them to achieve their potential.
• Can build positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues.
• Is confident working collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies.
• Can lead, motivate and develop support staff effectively.
• Is reflective, creative and committed to their own professional development.
