An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a well-established and highly respected regional law firm with offices in Beeston and West Bridgford.

This role offers the chance to become part of a supportive and collaborative Private Client team, handling a varied caseload while building lasting relationships with clients across Nottinghamshire and the surrounding areas.

The Role

You will advise clients on a broad range of private client matters, including:

✅ Wills and estate planning
✅ Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
✅ Probate and estate administration
✅ Court of Protection applications
✅ Client meetings and relationship management
✅ Legal drafting, research, and file management

You will be responsible for providing practical, empathetic, and high-quality legal advice while managing your own caseload and maintaining exceptional client care standards.

About You

To be considered, you will have:

• A minimum of 5 years' PQE as a Solicitor or Legal Executive within Private Client law.
• Strong experience preparing Wills, LPAs, Probate matters, and Court of Protection applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to manage your own workload effectively and meet deadlines.
• A caring, professional, and client-focused approach.
• Strong organisational and IT skills.
• A proactive attitude and commitment to delivering outstanding service.
