Vice Principal – Quality and Performance (2026/CB006)

Main Duties of the Role:

Your role will be to deliver an ambitious curriculum to all by providing strategic leadership to enhance the quality of teaching, learning and student outcomes across the breadth of provision at the college. You will lead quality assurance and compliance functions ensuring consistency and continuous improvement whilst meeting regulatory and statutory requirements.

As a key member of the College Leadership Group you will contribute towards the achievement of the College’s mission, vision and strategic objectives, leading and influencing colleagues across college to drive the required changes.

Essential Requirement:

• Educated to degree level or equivalent
• GCSE level standard education or equivalent (maths & English)
• Recognised teaching qualification at level 5
• Evidence of continuing commitment to self development relevant to the role
