Are you looking for a permanent Assistant Site Manager position with a leading housing developer?
Thorn Baker Construction are currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a housing developer working across traditional new build housing sites.

What's Needed
- 2+ years' experience in a permanent Assistant Site Manager position
- 2+ years' experience working for a housing developer
- Ideally experience with a PLC housebuilder
- Strong traditional new build housing experience
- Relevant qualifications including SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
Your Role
- Supporting the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of the site
- Managing subcontractors and trades
- Monitoring health & safety and quality
- Ensuring programmes and build schedules are maintained
- Working closely with the wider site team to deliver high-quality new homes
