C2 Recruitment is looking for reliable and hardworking Retail Stocktakers to join our established teams working across major retail stores.

No previous stocktaking experience is required - full training will be provided.

The Role

As a Retail Stocktaker, you'll work as part of a team carrying out accurate stock counts for leading retailers.

Your duties will include:

• Counting stock quickly and accurately using a handheld scanner

• Working across different retail stores and locations

• Travelling with your team using free transport where provided

• Working 3-4 shifts per week, typically 8-12 hours per shift

• Working early mornings, evenings and night shifts depending on the assignment

• Using access equipment occasionally to count stock at height

What We're Looking For

You don't need previous experience. What matters is that you are reliable, comfortable working as part of a team and ready to get stuck in.

You must:

• Be aged 18 or over due to the hours involved

• Be available for early morning and night shifts

• Be comfortable standing for long periods

• Have a positive, can-do attitude

• Be able to learn new technology and handheld scanning equipment quickly

• Be prepared to work longer shifts when required

Previous retail, warehouse or stock handling experience would be useful, but it is not essential.
