The salary range for this role is £86,803 to £93,424.00 per annum based on a 37 hour working week.

About the Role

You will work alongside the Principal to guide the school and support its continued growth. This role is key to creating a culture of high expectations, excellent teaching and positive relationships across the whole school community. You will help lead on curriculum design, student welfare, behaviour systems and staff development.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Principal in creating and delivering the school improvement plan
• Oversee daily activities and ensure policies are followed to maintain high standards
• Guide and develop staff through coaching, training and appraisals
• Create and implement behaviour and culture policies that promote respect and inclusion
• Use student progress and staff performance data to identify strengths and areas to improve
• Build strong partnerships with parents, carers and external organisations to support student success

We are looking for someone who will be a skilled classroom practitioner with a strong track record of achieving excellent outcomes for all children. You will have experience as a senior leader in education and a passion for supporting others to grow and succeed. Strong communication skills, the ability to solve problems and a commitment to safeguarding are essential. Can you bring high expectations, warmth and clarity to this role?
