You will work closely with senior management to improve processes and support the continued growth of the business. In this role you will support the Transport Management team with daily fleet operations, vehicle maintenance, compliance and driver management, ensuring maximum fleet availability and safe, cost-effective operations. You will also assist with audits, reporting, accident investigations and compliance. This role would suit a transport manager looking to join an expanding business, work closely with your peers in management in a role with ongoing career development. The Role Oversee vehicle maintenance, repairs, MOTs, defects and PMI scheduling. Manage driver compliance, working hours, infringements and safe driving standards. Support cost control across maintenance and vehicle damage.
