Office Administrator

Northenden, Manchester Belinda Roberts Ltd My client is a fast-growing retail business based in the Sharston area. As a result of growth there is an opportunity for an Office Administraor/Manager to come into the business on a temp to perm basis. Reporting into the Senior Manager the aim of this role is to support on all admin needs for the business. Duties will include; * Key holder opening and closing office * Stationery office supplies buying/ sundries * Responsible for the day to day running of the office combined with admin for the business * Hosting meetings/ guests * Organising post * Customer service * Processing orders, reserve stock * Sending samples to customers * Sending EPOS date to customers * Recommend new designs for disc lines / looking at best performing lines. * Work with customer online portals * Commercial invoices * Liaising with our warehouse * Laise with customers overseas * Setting up new account’s agents send through, linking them to sage This is an excellent role for someone with experience of office adminsitrtion who is looking for a stand-alone role you can really make your own.
