Kenect Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Administrator for our longstanding client based in Corby!
Position: Administrator
Location: Thurleigh, Beford
Shifts: Monday to Friday 07:30 to 16:00
Pay rate: £14.52
Job role:
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to buyers and sellers.
- Handle customer enquiries by phone, email and in person.
- Assist with queries, collections and deliveries.
- Process paperwork, invoices and customer records.
- Liaise with buyers, sellers, transporters and internal teams.
- Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records and update company systems.
- Support the wider team and administration team.
- Previous customer service or administration experience preferred.
- Good communication, organisation and computer skills essential.
