Our elections team is looking for an electoral services officer. The team is responsible for organising and delivering elections and referendums across Wiltshire, ensuring they are conducted in line with legal requirements and best practice. The postholder will help maintain the accuracy of the Register of Electors, provide advice and guidance on electoral processes and support voter engagement and democratic participation. The role also involves training election staff, managing election counts, resolving complex registration and voting queries and supporting the Returning Officer in fulfilling statutory responsibilities to ensure fair, accurate, and efficient elections.
