Senior Solar PV Electrician / Team Leader 📍 Location: Site based (Sevenoaks main hub) 💰 Salary: Up to £50,000 + Bonus + Benefits 🕒 Job Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Solar PV Electrician / Team Leader to oversee the installation, maintenance, and delivery of renewable energy systems across a range of projects. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organisation operating across new build housing, commercial retrofit, large-scale energy efficiency upgrades, and high-end refurbishment projects. You will play a key role in delivering sustainable energy solutions including Solar PV, battery storage, and EV charging systems. Key Responsibilities • Lead and participate in renewable energy installations, with a strong focus on Solar PV systems • Carry out installation and maintenance of electrical and renewable technologies • Support preparation of RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements) • Liaise with internal design teams regarding system specifications and project delivery • Oversee site activities and ensure high standards of workmanship • Maintain accurate daily records of progress, materials, and outstanding works Essential Skills & Experience • Strong electrical background with relevant qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation, City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent) • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (where applicable) • Proven experience in Solar PV or renewable energy installations • Experience with site delivery including surveys, material take-offs, and procurement • Strong communication and leadership skills What’s on Offer • Salary up to £55,000 (dependent on experience) • Annual bonus scheme • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays • Company Vehicle • Company pension • Employee Assistance Programme • Ongoing training and career development • Opportunity to work in a fast-growing, future-focused industry Additional Information • Full UK work authorisation required • Full UK Driving License required  Apply Now If you’re an experienced Solar PV Electrician or Team Leader looking to progress your career in the renewable energy sector, we’d love to hear from you.
