Job Description and Person Specification Summary

At St Alban's Catholic Primary School, we are seeking to appoint a Classroom Teacher to join our skilled and hardworking team. The successful candidate will:

• Be passionate about delivering high quality education.
• Have a flexible, 'can-do' attitude.
• Have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Be able to form excellent relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.

The successful candidate will have the following key skills, experience and qualifications:-

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with relevant teaching experience.
• Fulfil the professional responsibilities of a teacher, as set out in the School Teachers' Pay and Conditions document.
• A sound understanding of the DfE's Keeping Children Safe in Education guidance and the SEND Code of Practice.
• A genuine desire to involve yourself fully in the life of our school and to work as part of our forward-thinking team of professionals.
