Job Title: Security Service Engineer
Location: Northampton
Rate: £220 per day

Are you a Security Service Engineer based in Northampton looking for your next contract opportunity? As a Security Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, and fault-finding of security systems across commercial and residential sites, ensuring all equipment is operating to the highest standard. You will be joining an established company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality security solutions to its customers.

Responsibilities:

* Service and maintain access control, door entry, and CCTV systems across a range of commercial and residential sites.
* Diagnose and resolve faults on security systems in a timely and effective manner.
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) visits in line with service schedules.
* Complete accurate service records and site documentation following each visit.
* Liaise with site contacts and clients professionally to minimise disruption during works.
* Travel to sites across Northampton and London as required.

Experience and Certifications required:

* Proven experience as a Security Service Engineer, with strong hands-on knowledge of access control, door entry, and CCTV systems.
* Competent in fault-finding and diagnostics across a range of security equipment.
* Experience working across commercial and/or residential environments.
* Full UK driving licence.
* ECS Card and valid DBS check.
* FIA or NSI/SSAIB recognised training (desirable).
