We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, caring and committed Teaching Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a small village school where every member of staff makes a significant contribution to children's learning, wellbeing and development.

We are looking for someone who:

-Has experience of working with primary-aged children.

-Is passionate about helping children achieve their full potential.

-Can build positive relationships with pupils, staff, parents and the wider community.

-Demonstrates patience, flexibility and enthusiasm.

-Can work effectively as part of a team and use their own initiative.

-Has high expectations for behaviour, learning and personal development.

-Is willing to support children across a range of ages within our mixed-age classes.

-Supports and values the Christian ethos of our school.

The successful candidate will:

-Support teaching and learning within the classroom.

-Work with individual pupils and small groups to promote progress and attainment.

-Help create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.

-Support children with additional learning and pastoral needs where appropriate.

-Contribute positively to the wider life of the school.
