St Paul's Way Primary is seeking an outstanding Deputy Headteacher (Primary) to join our senior leadership team and play a pivotal role in driving continued excellence across our Primary Phase. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and inspirational leader who is passionate about ensuring every child achieves their full potential, regardless of background or circumstance.

As Deputy Headteacher, you will deputise for the Headteacher in their absence and contribute strategically to the leadership, development and success of the Primary Phase, while also supporting the wider all-through school community. You will lead on key aspects of school improvement, champion high standards of teaching and learning, and help create an exceptional educational experience for every pupil.

As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will:

1. Contribute to and lead strategic priorities within the School Improvement and Development Plan.
2. Embed and promote the school's ethos, values and ambitious vision for all pupils.
3. Lead safeguarding, pastoral care and pupil wellbeing across the Primary Phase.
4. Drive excellence in teaching, learning and curriculum development.
5. Raise standards of achievement and ensure pupils consistently exceed expectations.
6. Lead, support and develop staff through coaching, mentoring and professional development.
7. Monitor and evaluate pupil progress, using evidence to drive improvement.
8. Engage parents and carers as active partners in their children's learning.
9. Develop and implement school policies that promote inclusion, equality and excellence.
10. Support enrichment opportunities that broaden pupils' experiences and aspirations.
11. Contribute to the strategic leadership of the wider all-through school.
