Primary Site Operative

Working pattern can be flexible however it will be split shifts. The following hours are available per week: 

25 hours, Whole Time (£17,560 - £17,840)

or

30 hours, Term Time only plus 3 weeks (£19,140 - £19,445)

This is an excellent opportunity for a suitably experienced caretaking professional who will join a team delivering effective estates and facilities management services across our schools.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

1. The completion of all site-based duties including weekly compliance activities
2. General maintenance
3. Painting and decorating
4. Minor refurbishment works
5. Porterage
6. Key holding
7. Safeguarding
