Business Analyst – Insurance

We are partnering with a leading insurance organization to hire an experienced Business Analyst to support large-scale transformation and change initiatives across the business. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to various transformation projects including Digital, Operations, Core System, and Pension.



Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to understand business needs and processes.
Prepare business requirement documents, functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
Work closely with business users, project managers, and technology teams to deliver project objectives.
Support UAT planning, test execution, defect tracking, and implementation activities.
Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
Ensure project deliverables are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of Business Analysis experience within the insurance industry.
Strong insurance domain knowledge in at least one of the following areas:

Digital Transformation
Insurance Operations
Core System
Pension


Proven experience delivering business and system change projects.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and UAT support.
Fluency in Cantonese and English is required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
