We are seeking a Site Engineer to join a reputable civil engineering and construction firm in the East Midlands. The role position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth within a supportive and dynamic team.

In this role, you will be involved in earthworks, drainage, foundations, and substructure works, with responsibilities including planning, scheduling, managing subcontractors, and accurately quantifying materials. You will contribute to maintaining project timelines and ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards, while fostering strong relationships with clients and team members.
Key requirements include:

• A degree in Construction Engineering and Management or equivalent
• Over 5 years’ experience in civil engineering projects, including adoptable drainage and roads
• Experience in residential and commercial sectors preferred
• Proficiency in Autocad and Total Station
• Strong IT skills (MS Office, Word, Excel)
• Full driving licence
