Become a Female Support Worker with Avenues - Tunbridge Wells Female Support Worker / Full-time roles available £25,845 per year (pro rata) - Shifts operate from 7.30am to 10.00pm, Monday to Sunday, including extended day shifts. We are recruiting Female Support Workers for our Tunbridge Wells service, supporting adults with a range of physical, mental health, and behavioural support needs within our supported living provision. Experience supporting adults with autism and behaviours that may challenge is desirable; however, comprehensive training and resources will be provided. The people we support lead active lifestyles and engage in various community activities including walking, visiting parks, swimming, bowling, and accessing cafes, restaurants, and shops so it is essential for you to hold a full UK driving licence and be happy to drive our cars.
