Ready to make a real difference? Join us at the Money and Pensions Service (MaPS) as our Data Administrator for Guidance & Education Systems. This is your chance to play a meaningful role in helping people across the UK build stronger financial futures and to do it as part of a supportive, energetic team.

Why This Role Matters

This role is fundamental to the continued growth and success of the Guidance and Education Systems (GES) service. As MaPS’ flagship Money Guiders offer expands its reach and impact, high-quality data, efficient processes and reliable systems are essential to ensuring the service can scale effectively and sustainably.

Working at the heart of GES operations, you will help build and maintain the data foundations that support delivery, insight and decision-making across the organisation. By ensuring CRM and operational records are accurate, consistent and up to date, and by supporting the development of scalable data systems and processes, you will enable teams to make informed decisions, demonstrate impact and deliver an excellent experience for partners and stakeholders.
