We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated SEN Teacher to lead learning within our specialist SEN Unit for autistic children. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a welcoming and ambitious primary school where inclusion is at the heart of everything we do.

As our SEN Teacher, you will:

• Deliver high-quality teaching and learning for pupils within our specialist SEN Unit.
• Create a nurturing, structured and engaging environment where every child can succeed.
• Plan and adapt learning to meet individual needs and ensure excellent progress.
• Work closely with our SENDCO, families and external professionals to implement EHCPs and personalised learning programmes.
• Support children's communication, social, emotional and academic development.
• Promote independence, confidence and positive outcomes for every pupil.

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Has experience of teaching pupils with SEND, particularly autistic children.
• Has a strong understanding of inclusive practice and child-centred provision.
• Is committed to achieving the very best outcomes for children with additional needs.
• Builds positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues.
• Brings energy, creativity and compassion to their teaching.
