Job Title: Fire and Security Service Engineer
Location: Coventry
Rate: £220 per day

Are you a Fire and Security Service Engineer based in Coventry looking for your next opportunity? As a Fire and Security Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, and fault-finding of fire alarm and security systems across a range of commercial, industrial, and residential sites. You will be joining an established company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality fire and security solutions to its customers.

Responsibilities:

* Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive servicing of fire alarm and security systems.
* Diagnose and resolve faults across a range of addressable and conventional panels.
* Commission fire alarm systems in line with manufacturer specifications and relevant standards.
* Complete accurate service records and certification documentation following each visit.
* Liaise with site contacts and clients to ensure minimal disruption during works.
* Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with current British Standards and industry regulations.

Experience and Certifications required:

* Proven experience as a Fire and Security Service Engineer, with strong knowledge of addressable and conventional fire alarm panels.
* Hands-on experience with Gent fire alarm systems, including commissioning.
* Experience working across a variety of commercial and industrial site types.
* Full UK driving licence.
* ECS Card (held).
* DBS Check (held).
* IPAF (held).
* FIA or equivalent fire alarm qualification (desirable).
