KS1 Teacher

This warm and welcoming Warwick primary school is seeking a confident KS1 Teacher who can start after October half‑term. With strong SEND experience, she creates calm routines, delivers clear instruction and supports pupils through structured, engaging learning. Throughout each day, she adapts activities, reinforces key skills and builds independence through steady, purposeful guidance. Although the role is full time, the school can offer part‑time flexibility for the right teacher, ensuring a smooth balance between professional and personal commitments.

Key Responsibilities

• KS1 teaching delivered through clear, engaging lessons
• SEND‑inclusive practice that supports varied needs

• Differentiated learning across phonics, literacy and numeracy
• Positive behaviour approaches using calm, steady communication
• Close collaboration with teachers, support staff and the SENCO

• QTS or PGCE (essential)
• Strong SEND experience across KS1
• Confident, organised and supportive teaching style
• Ability to adapt learning for varied needs
• Full‑time availability, with part‑time considered
• Ready to start after October half‑term
