What's in it for you? • £43,500 package including Tronc • 44-hour contract • Fresh food kitchen • Seasonal menus using quality local produce • Creative input into new dishes and menu development • Supportive, professional team • Genuine opportunities for progression What you'll be doing • Support the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen • Lead the team during service and in the Head Chef's absence • Prepare fresh dishes using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients • Assist with menu development and daily specials • Help manage stock, food costs, and minimise waste • Maintain excellent Food Safety and HACCP standards What we're looking for • Previous experience as a Sous Chef or a strong Junior Sous ready to step up • Fresh food background with good all-round cooking skills • Passion for seasonal ingredients and modern cooking • Calm, organised, and a positive leader • Strong communication and teamwork skills Why join?
