BIM Manager

Harvey Nash is now recruiting for a BIM Manager for a six-month contract on a hybrid pattern (locations either Perth or Glasgow)

• Inside of IR35
• £450 - £550 a day
• 6 month contract

Requirements:

• Significant experience working as a Lead BIM Coordinator, BIM Manager, or Information Manager on large-scale infrastructure projects, ideally utilising BIM 360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC). Experience with other Common Data Environments (CDEs) is also highly valued.
• Strong background in CAD and digital modelling within the energy, linear, or vertical infrastructure sectors, including projects such as converter stations, substations, overhead lines, and cable networks. Proficient in both 2D and 3D design tools, including AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, and related modelling and coordination platforms.
• Experience with GIS technologies would be advantageous, particularly Esri GIS and Autodesk collaboration tools, supporting effective design integration and information management across complex projects.
• Good working knowledge of ISO 19650, the UK BIM Framework, and industry-standard information management processes and best practices. Previous management or project management experience would be beneficial.
