Corporate Solicitor, 2+ Years PQE, Leeds / Hybrid, Up to £70,000 (DOE) – An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Corporate Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE to join the established corporate team of a leading and award-winning national law firm in Leeds. JOB REF:5406.

THE ROLE:
• You will work alongside experienced lawyers advising an impressive portfolio of UK and international clients, gaining exposure to a broad range of high-quality corporate transactions while benefiting from a supportive and collaborative environment.
• Responsible for a varied corporate caseload to include private equity transactions, joint ventures and strategic investments, corporate reorganisations and restructurings and business sales and acquisitions.
• You will have the opportunity to develop your own client relationships and technical expertise while working closely with experienced lawyers who are committed to supporting your career progression.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Corporate Solicitors with a minimum of 2 Years PQE.gained within a recognised national or regional law firm.
• Exposure to a broad range of corporate transactions.
• Strong commercial awareness and sound technical ability.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• A proactive and ambitious approach to career development.
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
